About This Project
This historic residence, formerly owned by a renowned 49ers coach from the Joe Montana era, underwent a comprehensive transformation. The development team acquired the property as an investment and executed a strategic overhaul optimizing the floor plan for contemporary living.
Key renovations included converting the breakfast nook into a home office and relocating the laundry room to expand the kitchen with a spacious walk-in pantry. The family room and formal living space merged into a grand great room with 14-foot vaulted ceilings and skylights. The former formal living room became a luxurious guest suite with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The primary bedroom received a spa-like design with a picture window behind the double vanity. Throughout, custom white oak millwork complemented quartz countertops, while neutral white oak flooring maintained a serene atmosphere. The project achieved the highest price per square foot sold in Willow Glen in 2023.
