About This Project
This project developed a 1,300 sq ft ADU on a two-acre Saratoga estate, positioned on the lower portion of the property. The design merges timeless elegance with modern sophistication while complementing the existing residence.
Interior features include high boxed ceilings and La Cantina stacking doors that create seamless indoor-outdoor connections. The layout was intentionally designed to minimize wasted space, creating a surprisingly spacious feel despite the modest footprint.
The clients were delighted with the completed structure, and a phase two was planned to add a pool and cabana, further enhancing the allure of this idyllic estate.
